  and Asian mirrors of sunsite are a good place to get it.
  (It is in the debian unstable distribution.)

A1. FvwmConf is an fvwm2 module, just like FvwmPager. You cannot
start it from the command line.  It must be started from within
fvwm2.  Type "man FvwmConf" or see the installation instructions
for more information.
